
Were you exhausted by doing sth.? Handling urgent & “hot-potato” cases everyday? Working in mid- night to catch up the deadline daily? Doing houseworks along? ……
Can you “nothing to think or think nothing”? Yaya! Just like Buddhist monk or YoGa, sit in meditation, named “Za-Zen”/打坐…. A good idea! Have a try and let your “busy” brain take a good good relax.
If you can't do it the first time, never mind, take it easy & try again. :)
